CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR TYPE?
Yes, we accept your delivery address and delivery type change within 24 hours since your order was confirmed.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER OR DELIVERY STATUS?
You can provide your name, phone number, and order number in the chatbox, we will give you the real-time location.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
​We offer 2 types delivery types, cost might be different.

Standard: 4-8 weeks

Express: 2-4 weeks
Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value). Exceptions apply to certain rural areas based on geographic location and environmental factors such as weather.
During holiday or promotional periods (such as Boxing week or Cyber Monday) delivery times can be impacted resulting in delayed shipments. This is due to holiday hours being in effect and significant increases in order volume. Orders placed on, or the day before, a Public Holiday can expect an additional delivery time of a few business days.
Please note that when you order more than one product, your order might arrive in different packages and arrive on different days. You will be notified if your order shipped in multiple packages when you receive your first order shipment confirmation email.
HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?
We offer free standard delivery for orders of 250 CAD and more. For orders under 250 CAD, we charge 3 CAD per kilogram for standard delivery.
The standard for express delivery includes an additional charge of 6 CAD on top of the standard delivery service.
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:

Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season.
